Margaritaville is Coming to Lake Conroe
As if Lake Conroe didn’t have enough great buzz already, there is more exciting growth coming to the Montgomery county area again soon- MARGARITAVILLE! For all the “parrot heads” out there, that means it’ll always be 5 o’clock on Lake Conroe. The Margaritaville resort will feature a hotel, golf, spa, tennis, signature Margaritaville restaurants, and more. According to the Margaritaville website, the resort is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2020. “We are thrilled to bring our first Margaritaville resort in Texas to the Houston area with an incredible location on Lake Conroe,” said Rick Cunningham, SVP Margaritaville Development. “This resort will be a welcome escape for those in Texas’ major metropolitan areas and beyond, offering a lakeside paradise dedicated to relaxation, fun, adventure and the Margaritaville state of mind.” See the whole article here.
What does that mean for current owners at The Shoreline?
