What’s already at Waterpoint?
Waterpoint is the home of the new Luxury mid-rise condominium development, The Shoreline at Waterpoint. They boast high standards of luxury, large balconies, very high-end finishes and breathtaking lake views from EVERY condo. These condos range from 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units at 1500-2900sqft.

Plus, with access to coffee from Starbucks, ice from CVS, to go food from any of the restaurants… it’s the perfect place to keep a boat and/or live if you are lucky enough to be a buyer at The Shoreline Condominiums before they are sold out.
What does that mean for the Shoreline Condos?
One of the main reasons, the buyers at The Shoreline at Waterpoint are here is because of the amenities the Waterpoint already offers. A mix of the buyers at the Shoreline Condos will drive in on the weekends from Houston or The Woodlands area. Being able to walk to great eateries, simple groceries, coffee, yoga, or even just strolling around the half mile lakeside boardwalk makes these condos very attractive.
This new phase of Waterpoint really adds value to what is already on the property. Having more options to eat and shop at would make any buyer more excited.
This also means that there will only be ONE PHASE of condos at the Waterpoint development.
